Chair covers and sashes

For chair transformation, we offer a range of lycra covers: the most popular black and white covers seating up to 1000 guests. We also hold smaller numbers of stock of up to about 200 covers for colours such as burgundy and navy covers, while we have additional shades in smaller stocks such as baby pink, yellow, lime green, purple and royal blue.

If you have another colour in mind, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we’d be happy to provide you with a quotation.

As well as our huge range or chair covers, we also have more than 150 sashes available in a whole host of colours, from ice blue and burgundy to champagne and canary yellow, allowing you to easily tie in the colour scheme of the event with the branding of your business and the theme of the occasion.

White Starlight LED Dance Floor Hire

A white starlight dance floor is a must have, amazing room centrepiece for your corporate event. Finished in a stunning white gloss, our starlight dance floor is UK made by ‘Grumpy Joes’ and offers you a fabulous start to your evening party or launch to your promotional event with hundreds of twinkling lights.

We can set the dance floor to either have the lights static or set to twinkle.

These dance floors are a fabulous addition to corporate events, parties, promotional launches, catwalks and many other functions! It can be laid down in varying sizes, and below are just some size options and party size guidance to give you an idea. Please note below are only guidance party dancing allowances:

  • A 10x10ft for approximately 80 guests with 25-30 people dancing at any one time.
  • A 12x12ft for approximately 100 guests with 30-45 people dancing at any one time.
  • A 14x14ft for approximately 140 guests with 45-60 people dancing at any one time.
  • A 16x16ft for approximately 180 guests with 60-75 people dancing at any one time.
  • A 18x18ft for approximately 220 guests with 75-90 people dancing at any one time.

Table centrepieces

Our corporate table centrepieces are exceptionally popular, and we have recently introduced a range of LED centrepieces. We are also more than happy to design a bespoke arrangement that reflects your company and the theme of the night. This is something that is guaranteed to impress your guests. If you are not sure what you are looking for, browse the selection below for an idea of what we can provide. All centrepieces are set up and collected by us, and they come placed on a mirror plate with scatter crystals for the table.

Black Starcloth

Our Black Starcloth is made from top quality black wool serge with fibre optic twinkles. It is an ideal venue wall dressing up to a height of 3.5m heigh. Our starcloth is fitted on a pipe and drape freestanding system and does not therefore need attaching to any walls.

Other than being beautiful to look at, it is a great way to transform the look of a room and add a more intimate feel to your event.It is also great for a backdrop behind DJ’s or your live entertainment and can block off walls that you otherwise would not want to see.

We can quote to drape varying sections of a room and in order for us to do this please contact us with the length of the wall(s) you would like covered.

Table runners & linen

Another way to add a splash of colour and tie in your corporate image is with table runners. Measuring 14” x 108”, these are ideal for round tables of 5ft and 6ft, which are the standard sizes for tables at hotels and corporate venues. If you need runners for longer rectangular tables then we can provide them from rolls of organza material for a seamless finish and make them in any length required.

Does your venue supply black table linen? Not all venues do, but we have a great range available to help you project a stylish and sophisticated appearance.
